I can only take on so many 1:1 clients before I feel emotionally drained.
Holding deep space for others is meaningful, but it can be exhausting—especially without the right support systems in place.
I struggle to charge what I’m worth because it feels wrong to put a price on healing.
Many practitioners undercharge or offer endless sliding scales, which eventually leads to resentment, burnout, or financial instability.
I know my current tools only go so far—I want to help clients go deeper, but I’m not sure how.
